Project Overview
Marathon Nexzone is located on Panvel JNPT highway within couple of miles
from proposed International Airport and Panvel Railway Station. More than
4500 apartments are housed in 24 buildings of 35 storeys each. Taking
advantage of the natural contour 3 levels of car parking is provided below the
road level. By positioning the buildings on the periphery large gardens are
created in the centre, resembling a courtyard. 4 levels Large club house with
various sports, entertainment and recreational facilities is provided in the
central court. Mixed use development consisting of shopping, Hotel,
Restaurants and cinemas are planned in the second stage.
